How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, company, project description, and any optional information about budget, timeline or referral source.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information and do not want it sent through the form.

Why we collect it

To read your brief, reply to your enquiry and, if the project proceeds, to prepare a proposal and manage the work. We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list without a separate, explicit request.

How it is stored

The site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed by Netlify's form service and delivered to the studio email inbox. Email correspondence is held in the studio email account. Messages sent by phone or WhatsApp are held in those services. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as needed to deal with the request and any follow up, then removed. Project records are kept for as long as the working relationship and ordinary business records require.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not currently run third party analytics. Fonts are served from this domain. If analytics are added, this note will say which service is used and what it records.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to thesigncreativefilms@gmail.com with the request.

Legal review

Note for the owner: this is a plain language privacy note reflecting current practice. It should be reviewed against Nigeria's data protection requirements, and updated if the site adds analytics, embedded video or other third party services.
